Explore PNG takes you well off the beaten track, to tropical islands and rainforest where you are most likely the only tourist for miles. Food is from our gardens, the fish are caught in our lagoon and the mud crabs from the mangroves. The cabins draped around the lagoon are made from locally sourced materials, built by the traditional owners of the land. The stories being told are passed down by the elders and speak of generations gone. The walks are through rainforest and gardens that have existed in the local peoples lives for thousands of years. The skull caves pay tribute to ancestors passed on; the bird life, animals, fish and corals are still being described today as scientists continue to uncover new and unrecorded species.

Sure, we serve you good food and you sleep in comfortable beds. Ok so you can drink a glass of wine or a cold beer while watching the sunset or relax in a hammock over pristine clear waters. Yep the scuba diving and fishing are world-class and right on your doorstep, (literally)... and of course your safety is paramount and well taken care of. But, all of these things are not the best part.

Visit us at our sustainable island camp that is partnered with the local community or book into one of our feature trips around the region to spy birds of paradise, visit the Manta Rays, the hot springs or spend your time diving. Tree kangaroos, Cuscus, snakes, dolphins, turtles, Killer Whales, dugong, Whale Sharks, whales; who knows what you might spy.
